She organizes, plans, and executes Digital Transformation projects while working within restraints, such as schedules and budgets. In consultancy, she developed client relationships and managed project team members, while working under high-pressure situations. Prior to joining Capgemini, she attended the Diploma in Accounting and Finance at the London School of Economics Finance and Accounting and a Master in Banking and Finance at Università Cattolica di Milano, which provided her with a solid finance and analytical background.

I am a sustainable fashion graduate from London College of Fashion, and Managing Partner of The Red Flower Factory.
In my Masters I focussed specifically on the business side of sustainability and, based on the principles of the circular economy and regenerative design, I developed a business idea that got me to the finals of the UAL Enterprise Challenge (2021) and among the semi-finalists of the Mayor’s Entrepreneur (2021).

 

I started working at The Red Flower Factory as Sustainability Specialist. The Red Flower Factory is a NextGen laboratory helping brands craft disruptive solutions for and with the generation of tomorrow. My role consisted in conducting research in order to identify insights, challenges and opportunities to help brands innovate.

Since September 2021, I have been leading The Red Flower Factory. I am now in charge of developing a sustainable business model for TRFF, recruiting the right talent, building a company culture, managing projects and people, creating business opportunities and growing.

I love when sustainability is done right, researching future trends and building brand strategies.

I’m an Italian LSE graduate currently working at McKinsey back in Italy. I’ve studied BSc Philosophy, Politics and Economics while contributing to the student life through various societies such as the Italian society and the Visual Arts society. During the summers I was an intern in a bank and two consultancies, which led me to working as a Visiting Associate at BCG after graduating. During that time, I also went through the Master application process but eventually had to decline due to Covid border restrictions. I then prepared for the interview process and entered McKinsey in March. I have worked in the insurance sector since, supporting CXOs craft Strategic Plans.

Prior to her switch to London, she was employed in well-known law firms in Italy and Belgium where she gained first class commercial law experience. Monica specialises in all aspects of residential property transactions. Her work includes assisting clients with the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties and dealing with leasehold enfranchisement and lease extensions. Having considerable experience of the Italian and English legal systems she is able to guide clients through the complex legal process of investing in the UK.

She also trained at the firm, having experience in media litigation, intellectual property, and real estate, and was seconded to Milan during her rotation in corporate. Briony has a particular interest in art law, having worked on matters involving suspected forgeries sold at auction, authorship and artist's resale right disputes, and cross-jurisdictional ownership disputes. Prior to her legal career, Briony wrote her postgraduate thesis in New York at the Museum of Modern Art on their international strategy; worked at a tech start-up; and freelanced as an arts and culture features writer.

Flavia Mongello

Flavia is a solicitor specialising in wealth management. In 2015 she moved from Italy to the UK to study law at the University of Reading. After her undergraduate degree, she completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law, Guildford. In December 2019 Flavia commenced her training contract in a boutique law firm in central London, with a special focus on advising mostly Italian clients. She qualified as a solicitor in December 2021, and moved to a law firm in New Malden, Surrey, where she is currently working in the busy private client team. Her work includes advising domestic and international clients on probate matters, wills and inheritance tax.

Ilaria is a Trainee Solicitor at Laura Devine Immigration (LDI), a boutique UK and US immigration law firm, top ranked in legal directories. Ilaria joined LDI in January 2019 as a paralegal and will qualify as a solicitor in February 2023. Nicole Marie Groet

Nicole was born in Turin, and grew up in Lugano. She is half Dutch and half Italian.
Nicole moved to London to complete a bachelor in Law at City University (London) where she graduated with a First Class (2019). Nicole went on to do her LPC combined with a Master in Law, Business and Management at the University of Law where she graduated with a First Class (2020). Over the course of her undergraduate degree, Nicole completed various internships at different types of firms such as international (mergers & acquisitions) high-street (criminal law) and a boutique firm (where she currently works).
Nicole is currently finishing her training contract at Pini Franco LLP and is expected to qualify as a Solicitor in September. During her training contract, Nicole completed her seats in the following areas (six months each): Private Client, Civil Litigation, Company & Commercial, and Residential & Commercial Conveyancing, where she currently works.
Upon qualifying, Nicole will join the Civil Litigation department within the firm.
Nicole speaks English, Italian, Dutch and is studying Chinese.

I am an English barrister and businessman with an Italian wife. I have a busy legal practice in London and a growing Italian agricultural business in Calabria. My legal practice is focused on civil litigation mainly in the field of professional negligence. My agricultural business produces etrogs for the Jewish religious market. I am a practising Jew.
