Serena Gaccione
Serena is a Junior Project Manager at Capgemini. She has 1+ experience in the Consulting industry, particularly in the banking sector. She organizes, plans, and executes Digital Transformation projects while working within restraints, such as schedules and budgets. In consultancy, she developed client relationships and managed project team members, while working under high-pressure situations. Prior to joining Capgemini, she attended the Diploma in Accounting and Finance at the London School of Economics Finance and Accounting and a Master in Banking and Finance at Università Cattolica di Milano, which provided her with a solid finance and analytical background.
Roberta Berlinghieri
Roberta graduates at Bocconi University in 1993. After 3 years in Procter and Gamble joins the leading consulting firm Bain & Company, where she stills work. She is based in Milan but served clients across EMEA and Asia. She worked in different industries over time, in the last years she splits her time between financial services and industrial services, with a great focus on Aereospace & Defense
Giovanni Casalegno
Giovanni is an Economics graduate with 5-year experience in management consulting.
He joined the Boston Consulting Group in January 2020 and he is currently a Senior Associate in the Milan office and a member of the Industrial Goods and Energy practice.
Before joining BCG, he worked at Business Performance Institute, where he delivered and moderated 30+ workshops in China, France, Japan and the United States with average Net Promoter Score of 85.
Giovanni holds a MSc with honors in Economics and Management from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a BSc in International Management and Economics from Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi
He is die-hard nostalgic supporter of Torino FC fascinated about the Far-East and the geopolitical relevance of China.
Gabriele Tedeschi
Gabriele is an ESCP and LSE graduate with experience in investment banking and strategy consulting. He is currently working for McKinsey in the Milan office, covering mostly strategy and corporate finance related topics.
Ilenia Garofalo
Ilenia works in the consulting practice of Boston Consulting Group, in the Milan office. Previously, she worked for PwC Luxembourg in the Industries and Public Sector Advisory department, operating with institutional clients in the European and international environment, and for the Israel-Italy Chamber of Commerce and Industry to promote the Artificial Intelligence companies' community. She graduated with full grades from the London School of Economics (LSE) and Bocconi University in Milan with a dual degree in International and European Political Economy and Public Policy.
Elisabetta Amadei
Elisabetta Amadei, Bocconi University Alumna, graduated in Management back in 2018 with a master thesis on Circular Economy business models and customers trends. Interested mainly in Sustainability, CSR and Circular Economy, she has been collaborating on several projects within Bocconi’s research centers (ICRIOS, GREEN), since 2017. After five years’ experience in the corporate’s world (Luxottica, Retrosuperfuture, Worldline) she’s currently working as a Senior Associate at Boston Consulting Group.

Marco Piscitelli
After a successful career as Digital Marketing Consultant and Instructor, Marco co-founded Vertis Media where he sits on the Board of Directors with a portfolio as Head of Growth.
Steeped in the evolution of Digital Marketing from its infancy, he has mastered all aspects, and continue to learn, grow and adapt to rapidly changing technology and socio-political dynamics faced by online advertising professionals across the world.
He has grown the company’s client base globally, from small players to international conglomerates such as Land Rover, Unilever, P&G, GSK, Bayer etc. He has been a catalyst for transformation primarily in helping to re-invent communication and marketing strategies, harnessing the power of data and weaving them into stories that are authentic, consistent and compelling.
Beatrice Soncina
I am a sustainable fashion graduate from London College of Fashion, and Managing Partner of The Red Flower Factory.
In my Masters I focussed specifically on the business side of sustainability and, based on the principles of the circular economy and regenerative design, I developed a business idea that got me to the finals of the UAL Enterprise Challenge (2021) and among the semi-finalists of the Mayor’s Entrepreneur (2021).
I started working at The Red Flower Factory as Sustainability Specialist. The Red Flower Factory is a NextGen laboratory helping brands craft disruptive solutions for and with the generation of tomorrow. My role consisted in conducting research in order to identify insights, challenges and opportunities to help brands innovate.
Since September 2021, I have been leading The Red Flower Factory. I am now in charge of developing a sustainable business model for TRFF, recruiting the right talent, building a company culture, managing projects and people, creating business opportunities and growing.
I love when sustainability is done right, researching future trends and building brand strategies.
Margherita Tosi
Margherita is a McKinsey consultant in London. She is specialized in risk management topics for banking clients, including risk modelling, credit processes and climate/ESG. Before McKinsey she worked for different international banks in various risk modelling topics and she studied applied mathematics.
Claudia Gallo
I’m an Italian LSE graduate currently working at McKinsey back in Italy. I’ve studied BSc Philosophy, Politics and Economics while contributing to the student life through various societies such as the Italian society and the Visual Arts society. During the summers I was an intern in a bank and two consultancies, which led me to working as a Visiting Associate at BCG after graduating. During that time, I also went through the Master application process but eventually had to decline due to Covid border restrictions. I then prepared for the interview process and entered McKinsey in March. I have worked in the insurance sector since, supporting CXOs craft Strategic Plans.
Michaela Manca
Michaela is a trainee solicitor at Withers LLP. She is in the first year of her training contract, currently doing a seat in Litigation and International Arbitration. Michaela’s first seat was in Rural Real Estate. Before joining Withers, Michaela worked four years at Goldman Sachs as an analyst, and later senior analyst.
Monica Martini
Monica is a dual qualified Solicitor and Italian Avvocato. She is fluent in Italian and English having moved from Italy to work in the City of London in 2004. Prior to her switch to London, she was employed in well-known law firms in Italy and Belgium where she gained first class commercial law experience. Monica specialises in all aspects of residential property transactions. Her work includes assisting clients with the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties and dealing with leasehold enfranchisement and lease extensions. Having considerable experience of the Italian and English legal systems she is able to guide clients through the complex legal process of investing in the UK.
Ezio La Rosa
Ezio is a lawyer with over twenty-five years’ experience as a tax and legal advisor with Big4 firms and as a senior investment banker with the structured corporate finance departments of leading international banks. During his career Ezio worked in Milan, Amsterdam and London, where he is based, gaining a deep knowledge of international markets. He has a profound expertise in the commercial, legal and fiscal aspects of financial transactions, corporate and structured finance and cross-border deals. Ezio assists asset managers, financial intermediaries and international groups with a particular focus on extraordinary finance, commercial advisory and investment structuring.
Ruggero Maria Zanolini
Passioned of civil, banking, finance and insurance European and Italian law. He is also deeply interested in finance and economics matters. Has developed professional experience in Italian and European top law Firms. He is currently associated with a top Italian law Firm, in the Regulatory team. Mixes his professional efforts with strong passions as music, sports and politics. He is always available for questions and/or suggestions, and generally, for good times talkings.
Briony Cartmell
Briony Cartmell is a newly qualified solicitor in the litigation team at Withers LLP. She also trained at the firm, having experience in media litigation, intellectual property, and real estate, and was seconded to Milan during her rotation in corporate. Briony has a particular interest in art law, having worked on matters involving suspected forgeries sold at auction, authorship and artist's resale right disputes, and cross-jurisdictional ownership disputes. Prior to her legal career, Briony wrote her postgraduate thesis in New York at the Museum of Modern Art on their international strategy; worked at a tech start-up; and freelanced as an arts and culture features writer.
James Dixon
James grew up in Scotland. and practised as a barrister for 19 years in a variety of areas including criminal, civil and public law. He is now a full-time judge in the immigration and asylum chamber and has lived in a number of European countries.
Flavia Mongello
Flavia is a solicitor specialising in wealth management. In 2015 she moved from Italy to the UK to study law at the University of Reading. After her undergraduate degree, she completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law, Guildford. In December 2019 Flavia commenced her training contract in a boutique law firm in central London, with a special focus on advising mostly Italian clients. She qualified as a solicitor in December 2021, and moved to a law firm in New Malden, Surrey, where she is currently working in the busy private client team. Her work includes advising domestic and international clients on probate matters, wills and inheritance tax.
Ilaria Iovieno
Ilaria is a Trainee Solicitor at Laura Devine Immigration (LDI), a boutique UK and US immigration law firm, top ranked in legal directories. She is part of a larger team advising businesses and private individuals on UK immigration and nationality laws as well as European free movement. Ilaria joined LDI in January 2019 as a paralegal and will qualify as a solicitor in February 2023. She holds an LLM in International Development Law and Human Rights from the University of Warwick and a Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs with a minor in Economics from John Cabot University in Rome, Italy.
Sara Comin
Sara comes from Udine, Friuli Venezia Giulia. After graduating from the University of Trieste and completing her legal traineeship in Venice, Sara moved to Milan to start working at a leading Italian law firm specialised in corporate law. In 2019 she qualified as an Italian lawyer and in 2021 she graduated from the London School of Economics with an LL.M. (Master of Laws), being awarded an overall Distinction and a specialism in Corporate and Securities Law. She is happy to share her experience and to help navigating the London universities world and the legal career.
Aldo Lazzaroni
Aldo is an Investment Banking Associate at Goldman Sachs in New York. He has 5+ years of experience in Investment Banking and Private Equity and worked in Milan, London and New York. Aldo holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, an MSc Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a BSc Economics from the University of Milano-Bicocca.
Stefano Tamoni
Stefano is a Senior Associate in the Infrastructure team at Blackstone. In his current role, he has been working on landmark transactions such as the acquisition of Autostrade per l’Italia and the tender offer on Atlantia. Before joining Blackstone, he worked for more than three years at Credit Suisse, both in the Italian country coverage team and in the Technology, Media & Telecommunications industry team. He has a BSc from University of Ferrara and a MSc at Bocconi University
Andrea Dardi
After completing my Master, I covered investment management roles in Singapore, London, Switzerland. & Monaco, serving businessmen, entrepreneurs, MDs from financial institutions, FOs and wealthy individuals. I've always been passioned about markets, keen on studying the history, from the tulip bulbs mania in the XVII century to the 2008 subprime crisis: I believe that knowing the past is key to understanding the present. I'll bring this unique investment knowledge to my clients.
Luigi Belluzzo
Luigi is a Founding Partner of Belluzzo International Partners, equity partner in the London firm, where he leads the Italian Desk, chair of the Board of the Swiss Firm and of the Italian Firm, where he is an Equity Partner.
His expertise includes planning for high net worth individuals, trusts and family business, with a strong emphasis on both domestic and international planning, governance and inheritance issues. Corporate taxation and reorganization, tax litigation, structured finance and M&A complete his background as a TEP (Trust and Estate Practitioner), OECDC, ICAEW with an experience and competence particularly focused on cross-border issues across Europe.
Luigi teaches at SDA Bocconi University in Milan and is a regular speaker at major conferences in Italy, UK and at international level.
He has published a significant number of works. His publications include the “Italian Guide on Estate Planning” for Il Sole 24 Ore; ‘Il Wealth Planning’ (2022) published by Egea, the publishing company of Bocconi University and articles on Il Sole 24 Ore and Trust&Trustees (Oxford University Press).
He is Vice Chair of STEP Europe – Advising Families Across Generations, member of IFA (International Fiscal Association) and a proactive contributor of various societies.

Giorgio Mariani
Giorgio has dedicated his last 20 years in practicing M&A and private equity at leading international law firms. In 2018 he co-founded Deloitte Legal in Italy, running a 40million euro business with over 200 hundred lawyers.
Marta Mirò Federico
Marta is an Investment Banking Analyst at Houlihan Lokey in London. Before joining HL, Marta worked as Leveraged Finance Analyst at UniCredit. She holds a MSc in Global Management from LSE & CEMS and a BSc from KCL in Economics. During her university, she held positions such as Student Representive, CEMS Club President and member of the LSE Volleyball team, that made her particularly active in university life. Marta is very curious about different cultures and she likes to travel and to learn new things.
Federico Ghirardelli
Federico is an Entrepreneur and Data Scientist specializing in Sentiment Analysis, with a strong background in Computer Science. After his master in Artificial Intelligence at the University of Padua, he founded his startup in London, an app that helps people living with Dementia and Alzheimer's slowing down and monitoring their memory loss through voice analysis. He developed several mobile apps and games.
Pasquale Spinoso
Pasquale joined Ferrari two years ago and now works in the commercial and marketing team as a Parts and Accessories Business Development Specialist. He holds a Master’s in Management from LSE
Alessandro Faggiani
Alessandro has graduated from King's College London with a BSc in Mathematics with Management and Finance during which he interned in the M&A team of Snam, a leading gas infrastructure company based in Milano where he focused on renewable energy. After getting his postgraduate degree in Finance from the London School of Economics he spent a year as an Investment Banking Analyst in the infrastructure team at Citi and then joined the Real Estate Asset Management team of Blackstone where he currently works.
Nicole Marie Groet
Nicole was born in Turin, and grew up in Lugano. She is half Dutch and half Italian.
Nicole moved to London to complete a bachelor in Law at City University (London) where she graduated with a First Class (2019). Nicole went on to do her LPC combined with a Master in Law, Business and Management at the University of Law where she graduated with a First Class (2020). Over the course of her undergraduate degree, Nicole completed various internships at different types of firms such as international (mergers & acquisitions) high-street (criminal law) and a boutique firm (where she currently works).
Nicole is currently finishing her training contract at Pini Franco LLP and is expected to qualify as a Solicitor in September. During her training contract, Nicole completed her seats in the following areas (six months each): Private Client, Civil Litigation, Company & Commercial, and Residential & Commercial Conveyancing, where she currently works.
Upon qualifying, Nicole will join the Civil Litigation department within the firm.
Nicole speaks English, Italian, Dutch and is studying Chinese.
Joshua Munro
I am an English barrister and businessman with an Italian wife. I have a busy legal practice in London and a growing Italian agricultural business in Calabria. My legal practice is focused on civil litigation mainly in the field of professional negligence. My agricultural business produces etrogs for the Jewish religious market. I am a practising Jew.
